Extracted from the province of Isfahan located in Iran, this timeless piece is formed from a single block of silken velour Pietra Grey marble. Grey by name, Pietra’s tone is a secret seduction. Consisting of a smoked base, bronzed hazelnut undertones saturate its body whilst striking white veins pierce throughout. Upon a closer inspection, quiet threads of lead grey often meander, pools of glassy crystallisations amble around, whilst delicate glints of copper and gold glance from time to time. All pallet deliveries are to the PORT ONLY. Once the product(s) have reached the port, the customer is then responsible for getting the product(s) from the port to the customer's address. All parcel deliveries will be delivered directly to the customer's address. To arrange a 'to door' service for pallet deliveries, please contact sales@lusso.com.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

A ‘customs charge’ will be applied once your order arrives within the destination country. Lusso are not liable for this fee and the customer will be responsible for paying this to the authorities. Custom charges will apply subject to the specific regulations of the country. If you do not pay the customs fee, your local authorities may withhold the items or return them to us, however this may incur a holding charge for storage. Please note that this will vary per location.

If you are ordering several products you will only pay one delivery charge however if you require your order in multiple deliveries, we reserve the right to charge additional delivery charges.

RECEIVING YOUR PRODUCTS

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

ARRANGING INSTALLATION

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

RETURNS

Frequently asked questions

How long does delivery take?

Brassware in stock leaves our warehouse within two working days and arrives on a tracked courier service. Made-to-order finishes take six to eight weeks, and we confirm the date in writing when you place the order.

Can I hold my order until my project is ready?

Yes. Secure the order with a 30% deposit and we will store your items free of charge for up to 60 days. Call us if your programme slips and we will extend where we can.

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return on unused, unfitted items in their original packaging. Contact our customer service team and we will arrange collection.

Do you charge for delivery?

Small parcels are £9.95 to mainland UK. Pallet deliveries are £40 for a small pallet and £96 for a large pallet. Adding items to an order may change the overall charge.

What does the 10-year guarantee cover?

Manufacturing defects in the body and finish of the product for 10 years from purchase. It does not cover damage from incorrect installation or abrasive cleaning products.

Can I order a sample before I commit?

Yes. Order a finish sample from the product page and we will post it out so you can see the tone against your stone and tiles before ordering.
