HOW IT WORKS
- Begin by registering your interest in the Lusso Referral Scheme on our dedicated UAE website. Simply fill out the referral form and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Once you have registered your details, refer a friend or business associate who has not yet purchased from Lusso. To do this, send a personal email introduction, copying both your referral and sales@lusso.com into the email.
- For your referral to qualify, the referred customer must successfully place an order, receive the products and make a full payment. Your referral payment will then be processed 30 days after delivery via bank transfer in AED currency to a UAE bank account.
- After the qualifying period, you will receive a commission of 10% for the successful order value, minus any returns or refunds.
HOW TO GET STARTED
- Fill out the referral form with your contact information and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Send an introduction email to sales@lusso.com and copy your referral in this email.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligibility: Anyone who is a UAE resident can refer new customers, this can be a business or an individual.
Minimum eligibility period: The referral must be made to a new customer (someone who hasn’t previously purchased from Lusso). A customer is eligible for referral only once. Commission will be received based on the value of the first order placed by the referred customer. Subsequent orders will not be eligible for referral commission.
Verification: Referrers must submit their details, agree to the terms and conditions and submit an introduction email, copying the potential new customer, to sales@lusso.com.
Order completion: The referred customer must place an order, receive the product, and complete full payment for the referral to be eligible. 30 days must pass from the point of delivery before the referral payment can be claimed.
Commission: Referrers receive a 10% commission on the successful order value, minus any returns or refunds within 30 days of delivery.
No cap on referral payments: You can refer as many customers as you like, and there is no cap on how much you can earn. However, a customer is eligible for referral only once and the commission will be received based on the value of the first order placed by the referred customer.
Fraud Prevention: Fraudulent referrals or any manipulation of the system will result in immediate disqualification.
Modification Rights: Lusso reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral scheme at any time with prior notice.
