Door Latches

The finishing piece to your door handle or knob, door latches are designed to keep your doors closed. The functional pieces work cohesively with our interior door handles and knobs, available in the same finishes of brushed gold, matte black, brushed stainless, aged bronze, polished nickel and distressed steel. Our door latches also display matching detail including knurled, fluted, traditional and distressed.

A black door latch is a versatile piece that can be styled with many colour palettes and interior styles. It also works beautifully with our black door handles. Suitable for any internal door, the tubular latches are ideal for spaces that don’t require a sense of security.

The collection also consists of thumbturn locks and latches which work great in bathrooms and WC allowing complete privacy. Style with our matching bathroom accessories and radiators. The internal door latches are available as a single product, a pack of five or ten, or as a complete bundle with our door handles and knobs.

What is a door latch?

Door latches are commonly used on internal doors throughout the home, where a lock is not required. Door latches connect the door to the door frame by joining the two surfaces together and securing them into place using a strike plate on the opposite side.

What types of latches are available for internal doors?

Our latches are designed to work seamlessly on internal doors including tubular latches with a 60mm backset and latches with thumbturn locks that allows complete privacy. We also have internal door handle and latch bundles available.

What is the difference between a tubular latch and a thumbturn latch?

A tubular latch sits inside the edge of the door, and allows you to open or close the door using the door handle or knob.  Whereas a thumbturn lock allows you to lock the door providing a sense of security.

How do I know which door latch I need?
