Description

The Lusso Filtrata Extra Filter is a carbon filter that should be replaced every three-six months in order to protect your tank from limescale build up. The extra filter is essential to ensure that you remove limescale, magnesium and particles as well as lead, protozoan, cysts and organic compounds. By changing your filter regularly, and every three-six months as advised, you will remove any unwanted tastes such as chlorine, keeping the water fresh from colour. The filter is easy to install and replace.

For guaranteed peace of mind, all of our deliveries are insured.

All UAE deliveries are shipped via Woodlands, or DPD. The courier we use is subject to the size and weight of the items ordered. Pallet deliveries will be shipped via Woodlands, and parcel deliveries will be shipped with DPD.

Delivery costs for UAE are as follows:

Orders AED 1000 and under: AED 500

Orders over AED 1000: FREE

If you are ordering several products you will only pay one delivery charge however if you require your order in multiple deliveries, we reserve the right to charge additional delivery charges.

IMPORTANT

All orders are thoroughly inspected before leaving our distribution centre, however once you've received your goods, you’re required to check each item and let us know if there are any issues within 7 days.

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service to the United Arab Emirates, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

A ‘customs charge’ will be applied once your order arrives within the destination country. Lusso are not viable for this fee and the customer will be responsible for paying this to the authorities. Custom charges will apply subject to the specific regulations of the country. If you do not pay the customs fee, your local authorities may withhold the items or return them to us, however this may incur a holding charge for storage. Please note that this will vary per location.
