Our ingenious Filtrata design provides four different water temperatures at the push of a button, giving you freshly filtered boiling water, filtered cold water, and standard hot and cold water in an instant, and all from a single tap.
You'll no longer need separate water filters, bottled water, or even a kettle cluttering up your kitchen, and its 360-degree swivel spout makes it convenient to use in any setting. Its modern spout is also fully insulated so it's always cool to the touch, and it is fitted with a childproof safety lever for extra peace of mind.
The energy-efficient Boiling Water Tap is available in Matte Black, Brushed Gold, or Brushed Nickel, so you can choose a stylish finish that best suits your home, and it comes with the filter kit and boiler system you need to enjoy instant access to fresh, clean water, with a temperature of up to 100 degrees Celsius.

The Filtrata tap comes with one filter, which will need changing regularly. We recommend you order an extra filter to avoid missing the first replacement period.

All pallet deliveries are to the PORT ONLY. Once the product(s) have reached the port, the customer is then responsible for getting the product(s) from the port to the customer's address. All parcel deliveries will be delivered directly to the customer's address. To arrange a 'to door' service for pallet deliveries, please contact sales@lusso.com.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

A ‘customs charge’ will be applied once your order arrives within the destination country. Lusso are not liable for this fee and the customer will be responsible for paying this to the authorities. Custom charges will apply subject to the specific regulations of the country. If you do not pay the customs fee, your local authorities may withhold the items or return them to us, however this may incur a holding charge for storage. Please note that this will vary per location.

If you are ordering several products you will only pay one delivery charge however if you require your order in multiple deliveries, we reserve the right to charge additional delivery charges.

RECEIVING YOUR PRODUCTS

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

ARRANGING INSTALLATION

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

RETURNS

    Looks great, works well.

    Great design - and works well. The boil tap is especially easy to use and access but also child safe.

    Lovely tap but….

    We’ve had it now for about six months and we really enjoy it saves time and it looks great. I’m not convinced about the energy saving aspect as it seems to boil every 30 to 40 minutes which I’m pretty sure is not energy saving. I think maybe the insulation could be a bit better as the box containing the whole boiling unit does get quite warm.

    I think you’d have to drink an awful lot of tea to make a benefit but again, we really enjoy having it and choose to turn a blind eye, which is an issue in itself.

    There is one extra problem with it and that is that you can’t put it on a timer to turn off in the evening and then back on to boil again automatically in the morning. When the power comes on , it goes into standby mode, which isn’t helpful to anybody.

    Great quality, fantastic build, nice materials but could just be a little bit better.

    Elegant and efficient

    The Lusso four in one tap is an elegant looking and very convenient device. I love being able to pour boiling water instantly while making my morning coffee consisting of freshly ground coffee beans. I also do a lot of triathlon training and the ability to pour cold filtered water before starting indoor workouts is fantastic. When you’re not using you can just switch it off and it only takes a few minutes to come back to heat, for example, later in the day. How long does delivery take?

Brassware in stock leaves our warehouse within two working days and arrives on a tracked courier service. Made-to-order finishes take six to eight weeks, and we confirm the date in writing when you place the order.

Can I hold my order until my project is ready?

Yes. Secure the order with a 30% deposit and we will store your items free of charge for up to 60 days. Call us if your programme slips and we will extend where we can.

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return on unused, unfitted items in their original packaging. Contact our customer service team and we will arrange collection.

Do you charge for delivery?

Small parcels are £9.95 to mainland UK. Pallet deliveries are £40 for a small pallet and £96 for a large pallet. Adding items to an order may change the overall charge.

What does the 10-year guarantee cover?

Manufacturing defects in the body and finish of the product for 10 years from purchase. It does not cover damage from incorrect installation or abrasive cleaning products.

Can I order a sample before I commit?

Yes. Order a finish sample from the product page and we will post it out so you can see the tone against your stone and tiles before ordering.
