The Infinity Shower Enclosure Kit is designed to create the perfect spa-like showering experience from the comfort of your own home. The complete kit enables you to create a full walk-in shower and with a variety of available sizes, it can be incorporated into a selection of bathrooms and ensuites, and can be fitted, in a left or right position, to suit your preferences.

The kit comes with all the essentials needed for safe and secure installation, including a stone resin shower tray in either matte or polished stone, a fast flow waste kit, a fixing kit, a bracing bar and a toughened glass panel. The framework is accented by our modern chrome brassware, making it perfect for styling with chrome taps, showers and accessories from the Lusso collection. The kit comes in a variety of sizes, perfect for use within small to large bathrooms and comes with a lifetime guarantee.

All pallet deliveries are to the PORT ONLY. Once the product(s) have reached the port, the customer is then responsible for getting the product(s) from the port to the customer's address. All parcel deliveries will be delivered directly to the customer's address. To arrange a 'to door' service for pallet deliveries, please contact sales@lusso.com.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

A ‘customs charge’ will be applied once your order arrives within the destination country. Lusso are not liable for this fee and the customer will be responsible for paying this to the authorities. Custom charges will apply subject to the specific regulations of the country. If you do not pay the customs fee, your local authorities may withhold the items or return them to us, however this may incur a holding charge for storage. Please note that this will vary per location.

If you are ordering several products you will only pay one delivery charge however if you require your order in multiple deliveries, we reserve the right to charge additional delivery charges.

RECEIVING YOUR PRODUCTS

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

ARRANGING INSTALLATION

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

RETURNS

We hope that you're delighted with your Lusso purchases, however we understand there may be instances where you need to return an item.
